Erik Gutierrez grew up in the family business. After graduating from Mayes Business School at Texas A&M University with a degree in Human Resource Development and Business Administration in 2012, he joined the Commercial Benefits team full time.
As one of the elite group of PPACA-certified agents, Erik keeps current on insurance trends within the Affordable Care Act (ACA) legislation and the impact on employers by maintaining an extensive grasp of the entire human resource space.

people get what they need, she can achieve her own goals. This professional
philosophy is deeply rooted in her background as a schoolteacher, which cultivated her
passion for educating clients on how insurance works so they can maximize their
benefits.
Her entrepreneurial spirit has been constant throughout her career. A natural go-getter,
Deborah achieved remarkable success with Mary Kay, where she rose to become the
company's second-highest sales leader. Her path also includes extensive training and
experience from her time at Xerox, further honing her skills.
Deborah obtained her insurance license in 2008 and has since remained the expert for Medicare policies and packages.
She specializes
in Medicare, ACA, life insurance, and Group Benefits. Deborah's overarching mission is
to help the uninsured and under-insured get the benefits they need, driven by her
genuine passion for finding the right insurance solutions for her clients' needs and
budgets.

Jonathan Crumbley is an opinionated and energetic individual with a passion for people and making deals. As the Marketing Director and Chief Operations Officer, he brings a wealth of diverse experience to his role.
Jonathan's journey into the business world began at the tender age of eleven, working
as a clerk in his mother's resale shop. This early exposure to sales, combined with a
family lineage of teachers and ministers, shaped his unique approach to business. After
studying at Penn State University, he embarked on a path of discovery, gaining
experience across a wide range of industries, including years spent in ministry where he
cultivated his passion for sharing knowledge with others.
This desire to inform others led him to the insurance industry 12 years ago. Since then,
he has built an insurance agency, helping countless seniors and others understand their
benefits. Jonathan returned to the family business in 2013 and leveraged his diverse
skill set to increase enrollments from 50 to over 2,500. Through his extensive client
interactions, he recognized a need to educate other business owners on how to
properly establish themselves.
Jonathan's overarching goal is to create a network of business leaders who can
reshape the economy for the inclusion of all people. In his spare time, he's also a
musician and poet, adding another layer of creativity to his multifaceted personality.
